What is the policy if the product arrives damaged at my place?
Take pictures of the damaged part(s) and send them to email@example.com. You will receive a full refund or we will send you a new product in case your product is damaged. Resends go out the next day and you will be provided with new shipping information immediately to the same email address.
What if I want to send my product back, but it is not damaged?
If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you can return the products within 30 days of purchase to receive full refund. In this case, you pay for return shipping cost.
You can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting your refund. After you have posted the package to the returns address and forwarded the tracking number to email@example.com, we will refund your purchase.
How long does it take for me to receive my money or new product?
We aim to send a replacement product within 24 hours after the resend has been approved. Refund processing time for us to proceed will be between 3-6 business days after receiving your returned package. PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
